Delete your account

For the Dabotibi app on iOS and Android, operated by Lagora Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202554924D).

In the app

1. Open Dabotibi and go to Me → Settings → Privacy.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated at once and deleted for good 14 days later. Open the app within those 14 days to undo it.

If you can’t open the app

Email feedback@dabotibi.com from the address on your account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We confirm it is you, then delete it with the same 14-day grace period.

What is deleted

• Your profile, progress, answers and speech transcripts, conversations with the AI, your map and album, and the share links you made.
• Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel one; cancel it in the store.
• Purchase records the law requires are kept by the stores and payment providers under their own terms.
